Forget the 20-step diagrams. Here’s a practical funnel you can deploy this week—and measure.
1) Awareness → Consideration
- Goal: Earn attention with one clear promise.
- Actions: Paid social hooks, short-form video, lead magnet.
- KPIs: CTR, CPC, landing page view rate.
2) Consideration → Conversion
- Goal: Reduce friction and build proof.
- Actions: Benefit-led hero, social proof, risk reversal, fast FAQ.
- KPIs: CVR, CPL, form completion rate, time on page.
3) Conversion → Loyalty
- Goal: Turn buyers into repeat customers.
- Actions: Onboarding emails, usage tips, milestone offers, reviews.
- KPIs: AOV, LTV, repeat rate, referral rate.
Benchmarks & Math (simple)
Lead volume = (Website sessions × LP view %) × (Form CVR %).
Allowable CAC = LTV ÷ Target Contribution Margin.
